One office, one file
Audit evidence, ledgers and formation papers for the same company should be able to sit on the same desk. If we cannot reconcile them, we do not pretend the return is finished.
The firm · Established 2024
CA Audit Dubai was formed in 2024 so a company in this city can keep its auditor, its books and its formation file in one office. We are now in our second year, still at Office 512, Al Khaleej Building.
Firm story
Most Dubai companies do not fail because they lack software. They stall because the audit pack, the VAT file and the trade-licence renewal live in different inboxes. We opened CA Audit Dubai in 2024 to close that gap from a single Deira address — not as a twenty-year brand with a call centre, but as a named practice you can still visit.
Office 512, Al Khaleej Building, is where engagement letters have been signed since that first year. We work with mainland LLCs, free-zone entities (including DMCC, JAFZA, IFZA and SHAMS) and offshore companies that still need UAE-facing accounts, tax filings or a bank that will open the account.
Two years is long enough to know how a DMCC renewal pack differs from a mainland statutory file, and short enough that your work is not lost in a factory. The tone of the practice is the tone of the work: documented, dated, and ready for an authority that will actually read it.
How we hold the file
These are not slogans. They are how an engagement is run from this office.
Audit evidence, ledgers and formation papers for the same company should be able to sit on the same desk. If we cannot reconcile them, we do not pretend the return is finished.
You receive an engagement letter that names the licence, the period, the authority and the fee. We do not “see how it goes” on a statutory audit or a Corporate Tax filing.
Bank credit teams, free-zone compliance officers and FTA reviewers are the audience. Reports are written so they can be filed, not so they look busy.
Mandate
We are a second-year practice for operating companies, not a volume shop for shelf companies. If your file needs a named accountant in Dubai who still picks up the Deira line, we are the right desk.

Office 512, Al Khaleej Building. Appointments by telephone or email — we have kept a booked-slot practice since we opened in 2024, and we do not run a walk-in counter for statutory files.
