Established 2024 · Deira, Dubai

Audit, accounts and company formation, practised as one office.

CA Audit Dubai opened in 2024 at Office 512, Al Khaleej Building, Deira. We are a young chartered practice — now in our second year — for mainland, free-zone and offshore entities. Statutory audit, VAT and Corporate Tax, and UAE company formation sit on one letterhead, not a chain of agents.

The practice

A Deira office opened in 2024 — still small enough to take your call.

Dubai does not lack agents. It lacks a single, accountable practice that will audit the year, file the VAT, and still answer the phone when a bank asks for a comfort letter. CA Audit Dubai was set up in 2024 for that gap, from Office 512, Al Khaleej Building.

We are now in our second year: mainland LLCs, free-zone companies and offshore entities that keep their records in this part of the city. If you need the story of how we work, read the firm page. If you need the work itself, start with a consultation.

Method

How we work

No mystery process. Four steps from first call to a signed report or a filed return.

01

Scope the engagement

We confirm the licence, year-end, authority and deliverable, then issue a letter with fee and timeline before any fieldwork starts.

02

Request the file

A short, specific list — trial balance, bank letters, inventory counts, contracts — not a dump of every folder on the server.

03

Execute and review

Testing, reconciliations and queries happen in this office. A second pair of eyes reviews before anything leaves the building.

04

Deliver and file

Signed statements, audit opinion, VAT/CT return or licence pack — plus a plain-language note of what the authority will look at next.

“In 2025 we needed an auditor who already knew a DMCC licence renewal from a mainland statutory file — and who would still take a call from the bank. A newer Deira practice did that work without treating us as a ticket.”
