Year-end statements from this office are prepared to IFRS as used in the UAE, with notes that match the licence and the related parties you actually have. They are written for a bank, an auditor or a free-zone pack — not for a slide deck.
What we produce
Statement of financial position, profit or loss, cash flows where required, and notes. Related-party disclosures are not optional. If this office will also audit, independence is discussed first. If another auditor will sign, we prepare a file they can start from.
Management accounts versus IFRS
Monthly packs can be simpler. Year-end is not a dressed-up trial balance. We will say if the books cannot support IFRS notes yet.
Questions we are asked
How long after year-end?
A closed ledger with recs is weeks. An open ledger is a bookkeeping engagement first.
Do free zones accept these?
If they asked for audited statements, they want an opinion as well. Preparation and audit are different letters.
Can you convert from another GAAP?
Yes, with a mapping and a letter that names the framework. We do not silently relabel.
